Baked Chivda

Chivda is made with flattened rice or Poha. It's an easy to make fried tea time snack ,quite popular in most parts of the country. It mainly consists of Poha, peanuts , with added ingredients like roasted chickpeas, coconut slivers and a mix of spices. Each household has its own version of Chivda.

Today I am sharing a guilt free version. This is baked and not fried.

You can alter the ingredients and spices as per your liking.
