Make this raita when you are short on veggies in these troubled times. Not that you can't make it otherwise. I personally like it a lot.
Take thick dahi. This raita tastes better when thick. I have not added water at all. Just used full cream homemade dahi.
I have used jaggery but you can use sugar also. This is a sweet and tangy raita, hence a tbsp of jaggery.
Do try this simple recipe . This can be also had while fasting , use sendha namak instead of regular salt.
Best served with dal ka paratha.

Ingredients
Dahi 2 cups
Boiled Aloo 1 cup chopped small
Salt 1/2 tsp or to taste
Red Chili pd 1/2
Roasted Cumin pd 1 tsp
Kala namak 1/4
Jaggery 1 tbsp
Mint powder 2 tsp
Method
Whisk dahi.
Add all the spicesand mix well.
Now add aloo pieces.
Mix and taste.
Adjust salt and chili powder as per your taste .
Serve chilled.
