Coconut oil 3 tbsp

Thick yogurt 3 1/2 tbsp

Pepper pd 1/8 tsp

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients.

  2. Now rub in the coconut oil.

  3. You will get bread crumb like structure.

  4. Add yogurt one tbsp at a time and bring the dough together.

  5. We are looking for a soft non sticky dough which can be easily rolled.

  6. Cover and let it rest for half an hour.

  7. Keep the ball of dough on a parchment paper and using a rolling pin roll the dough into a 5 mm disc.

  8. Using a cookie cutter cut desired shapes.

  9. Place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

  10. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-17 minutes.

  11. Let them cool on the baking sheet only.

  12. Once completely cool, transfer them into an airtight container.
