It's very common in North India during winters when the radish is very sweet and juicy.
Add some grated ginger, finely chopped green chili and fresh coriander.
Today instead of fresh coriander I have added a few very tender radish leaves straight from my kitchen garden.
Dressing is lemon juice and salt.
Ingredients Radish 2 Green chili 1 finely chopped Ginger 1 tsp grated Salt to taste Lemon juice to taste Fresh coriander 1 tbsp finely chopped. Method
Wash, peel and grate radish.
Mix in ginger, chili and coriander.
At the time of serving add salt and lemon juice.
