Chili Paneer

This Indo Chinese Paneer is very popular in restaurants and homes as well. It's quite easy and quick to make.

Instead of deep frying I have sauteed the paneer.

Chili paneer has lot of green chillies . I have used just one as I cannot tolerate the heat , but that doesn't undermine the taste in any which way. Infact the flavors are more pronounced.

You can serve it with noodles or burnt fried rice.
