Mooli ki Chutney ( Radish chutney)

In winters you get really sweet and juicy Radish. They are an integral part of salads in North India.

Sharing a quick and simple Chutney recipe. Pairs well with both dal - rice and roti/ paratha. This recipe has been shared by my sister.

I have used Red Radish, scraped them lightly, hence the color is pink. Generally white Radish is used to make the Chutney.
