Mango Pineapple Salsa

In the summer months chilled foods are always welcome. Had planned on making mexican rive for dinner. Instead of making tomato Salsa ,decided to make mango salsa. There was some frozen pineapple in the freezer. So used that also. This turned out really good.


You can increase the quantity of jalapeno as per your taste.



Ingredients

Mango 1/2 cup

Pineapple 1/2 cup

Pickled jalapeno 1/2

Chopped coriander 2 tbsp

Lemon juice 1-2 tsp

Salt to taste.


Method

  1. Peel and chop mango and pineapple into small pieces.

  2. Crush them slightly with your hand.

  3. Mix in chopped jalapeno, coriander ,lemon juice and salt.

  4. Taste and adjust seasoning.

  5. Cover it and leave it inthe fridge for atleast an hour.
